Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited, including where applicable for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Website descriptions are not a binding offer or product warranty. Commercial proposals, technical specifications, service levels, security obligations, data-processing terms, implementation responsibilities, and regulatory commitments are established only in the applicable written agreement.

Customer and administrator portals may also have separate acceptable-use, license, privacy, and security requirements. Authorized users are responsible for protecting their credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
